Composition, Care & Origin

Old elm wood

To maintain the appearance and longevity of your timber product, we recommend avoiding direct contact with heat, liquids, abrasive cleaners, or chemicals. Always use coasters or placemats under hot items, such as mugs or plates, to prevent marks and stains.

For cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove dirt and dust.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Maison Aimée, each product is custom-made and uniquely crafted. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture and upholstery, materials are sourced and work begins immediately, making returns and exchanges impossible.

We kindly ask you to double-check all dimensions, materials, and product descriptions before placing your order. Additionally, please inspect your item upon delivery, as it becomes non-exchangeable once signed and accepted.

In the rare case of receiving the wrong, faulty, or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 45 days.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will address any issues promptly.

  • All orders less than 1500 carry a nominal charge of AED150 if you are located in dubai city limits only.

  • For all other areas as well as areas outside of city limits,(e.g. Abu-Dhabi, Sharjah,Al Ain, Western region, Liwa, etc.) we charge a nominal delivery fee.
  • Bespoke furniture or upholstery project needed a Lead-time of 4 weeks approximately.
  • Artisanal Pieces are ship within 2-5 business days in dubai, We might require a bit more time to plan the delivery outside the city.
  • Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a WhatsApp message or phone call to arrange the delivery time.
